May of found my stage for April
A little deli, 20 minute walk from my house who makes their own bread. Safe to say it will be a lot of bread making and baking for two weeks. My day, or “night” will be starting at 11pm or 12 am and ending at the time I would usually be waking up at (6-7am). It’s definitely different, and I’m looking forward to seeing him on Monday to talk more.

We made the chocolates in class the other day, here’s a photo.
I borrowed a mold from school so I’m going to make more of these this weekend :) I’m going to a chocolate equipment supplier on Saturday so I can stock up on my own molds and whos it whats its. A girlfriend of mine is having a potluck on that night, so I guess I sort of HAVE to make the dessert..I’m thinking...

I used to run. A LOT. Everyday.. but I got busy, so very busy.
I think I may just start running after school. There is a football field right behind my school, a track too I think. If not I’ll just run the blocks near it. It’s always dark by the time I get home and my streets are too icy and this time of the year. Yup I think that’s what I’m going to do.
